Wine Pairings for Your Fall Holiday Table - What’s a host to do????

Everyone’s least favorite holiday decision: which wine(s) should I use to go with that luscious and lovely holiday meal?  A bubbly? A red? Which red? A white? Which one?  What works with my appetizers, that delicious, seasoned turkey and dressing, that slightly tart cranberry sauce, and all those veggies and other goodies on my table?
