The 115th IRA National Championship will be held June 2-4 on Lake Natoma in Gold River, California, just outside Sacramento. The Dartmouth Heavyweight and Lightweight teams are headed west for this year's IRA Championship Regatta. The Heavies will enter three 8's and a 4+, while the Lights will enter a 4+ and a straight-4.

We hope you can be there to cheer our rowers on! Dartmouth will have a presence in the tent row along the finish line (we'll bring some pop-up flags to help you find us!). Please stop by to meet the rowers, coaches and other Big Green fans. The regatta will have food options for sale, but spectators are encouraged to bring their own as well.

Can you join us in Sacramento for any part of the weekend? If your answer is yes or maybe, please just reply to Dartmouth Rowing <mark.w.harris@dartmouth.edu> and let us know.

On Saturday, June 3 at 6 p.m., all Dartmouth alumni in the area are welcome to join the team parents for a gathering at Cattlemens. We have reserved a private room for Dartmouth. The dinner will be Dutch treat and attendees will have a choice of five entrée selections (prime rib, steak, grilled salmon, chicken, and vegetarian pasta) served with baked potato, seasonal vegetable, all-you-can-eat salad, ranch-style beans, sourdough bread, coffee, and tea. Prices are estimated at $35 to $45 per person (including service charge and tax). Please note, the team will not be dining at this event, as they will be at their hotels, resting for Sunday's finals! If you wish to participate in this dinner, please reply to Mark Harris by email.

Go Big Green!
