Come learn, explore, and eat chocolate!
Join us at Claudio Corallo's Alegio Chocolate in Palo Alto as we learn how chocolate is made, sample different chocolates, and score each chocolate with your five senses! There will be time afterwards to socialize after the chocolate tour!
Claudio Corallo has 40 years of experience in producing coffee and chocolate, primarily in Africa. Today he produces cacao at two plantations in Sao Tome and Principe. The fair-trade, organic chocolate available at Alegio Chocolate is truly bean-to-bar and is the purest available anywhere in the world.
If you would like to pair your chocolate tasting with wine, you are welcome to bring your own.
The charge for this event is $40 per person. Older children are welcome but will be charged the same price as adults.
