After a three-year hiatus, this event is back! Friends of Edgewood Park Dartmouth alum docents Sandy Bernhard ’82 and Frank Peale ’80 will lead us on a Dartmouth only hike in Edgewood Park. We will gather at the Clarkia trailhead off of Canada Rd. (Restrooms and water available at the Education Center on Edgewood Road, and there is a porta-potty at the Sunset gate near the halfway point.) Public tours leave at 9:00 am so parking may be a bit tight.

We will do a 3-mile hike loop to Inspiration Heights, to catch the many beautiful flowers the rains have provided. Elevation gain of about 350 feet through grassland and woodland habitat.

Wear sturdy shoes and sunscreen and bring water, a hat, and a snack if you wish.

Maximum 15 participants; signups must be no later than 9:00 am on Thursday, April 13. Cost $10.00.

Edgewood now requires everyone to sign up online to complete its registration procedures, including liability waiver, so need to register BOTH with DAASV (left) and Edgewood (below)
